Kitchen has always been synonymous to Greenbelt. From its old location in the old Greenbelt shopping center located along Paseo De Roxas and Legazpi Streets to the new posh Greenbelt 3 located near Greenbelt Chapel and parallel to Pasay Road, Kitchen still holds that air of ownership over all other restaurants in the area. Just think of Greenbelt without Kitchen and you'd get what I'm driving at.
Things that I love about this restaurant: It serves simple dishes - no frills, price is commensurate to amount per serving, homey and modern interiors, and their Palitao with Ice Cream.
However, my favorite dessert - Palitao, seems to have more coconut shavings than when I last ordered it. I prefer less coconut because it absorbs the ice cream. More of it leaves less ice cream on the palitao. They must look into this.
We'll everything else about my favorite Makati restaurant remains the same. Here are some pictures of Kitchen.
